Condemned Cylinder

This is a SCUBA cylinder that we tested that turned out to have a major crack in the shoulder of the cylinder. We posted the video on Youtube and we've had over 800 views.

Here is another cylinder that was recently discovered to be cracked also.  Both of these cylinders were removed from service and condemned.
